Stock Teammate Responsibilities
- Process merchandise shipments
- Replenish the sales floor
- Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
- Keep stockroom and sales floor tidy and organized
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible schedule availability
- Comfortable with, or willing to learn, digital technologies
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to perform essential tasks
Elite Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred but not required
A Stock Associate plays a vital role in supporting store sales and key performance indicator targets by ensuring merchandise moves efficiently from stockroom to sales floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position ensures adherence to stockroom procedures and brand standards involving shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising, and cycle counts.
