Job Summary

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $25 - $30 per hour
  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Location: California

About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, although not mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
