Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. This is a part-time role, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will work under 4 hours per day, with opportunities to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Educational Qualifications

Compensation
