About the Role

This is a technical leadership role limited to technical organizations within AT&T. As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Your expertise in software development methodologies, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics will be crucial in driving the success of our customer-facing Flagship app.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end digital product development process for AT&T's customer-facing Flagship app, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to prototype new ideas, refine existing concepts, and bring innovative solutions to life. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on strategic objectives and operational requirements to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity. Guide the product vision and strategy, aligning with broader company goals and market trends to maintain competitive edge and drive product growth. Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives are met within timelines and budget constraints. Job Contribution and Requirements As a Senior-level technical expert, you will bring deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise on AT&T technologies. Your experience working with highly technical software products will be essential in driving the success of our products. Essential Qualifications: A preferred technical Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Typically 5-8 years of experience in a technical career pathway (TCP) role. Strong technical expertise and experience working with highly technical software products. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software development methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and product analytics. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Lead Technical Product Manager at AT&T, you will be eligible for a competitive salary range of $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD annually.
