Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. Go above and beyond to “wow” our customers by providing exceptional service and support. Think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of pet care and wellness services. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Certification in customer service or a related field.
