As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:- Providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work a 5-day schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Availability to work a 3rd shift schedule (8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm - 8:00 am)

To ensure compatibility with our software applications, you will need to possess the following technical requirements:- Laptop or desktop computer
- Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
- Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
- Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended
- 8GB Memory / RAM
- Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
- Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
- Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
- Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible
