The Global Inbound Center (GIC) is a virtual specialty unit within the Marketing association, focusing on working closely with various teams, including Site, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation (DG), and AWS Support, to co-drive the client experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking an outcome-oriented, engaged, and imaginative individual with highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills to join our Global Inbound Center (GIC) team as a Part-Time Chat Support Representative. As a key member of the GIC team, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer focus by connecting clients with trained representatives quickly and improving the live chat experience by understanding their needs, educating them about the benefits of blithequark's services, and assisting them in embarking on their cloud journey seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely responses to global clients' inquiries through inbound chats, scheduled callbacks, and calls, while delivering a positive customer experience by resolving issues in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Identify clients' pain points and capture their requirement for cloud services through chat qualification and convert to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) with proper handover notes for our global sales partners.
  • Follow up with unconverted MQLs to increase sales-qualified lead conversion, resulting in a vertical trend of pipeline engagement.
  • Build a stronger blithequark leads database by researching, updating, and maintaining customer information within Salesforce and blithequark Interface.
  • Educate and nurture clients/prospects that are in the early stages of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest, including personalized messaging about blithequark's services and unique differentiators.
  • Address the voice of the customer and recommend next steps to improve the customer experience to the GIC/item team and other relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent chat support behavior and navigate the nuances of global communication/culture.
  • Be part of a global cross-functional team driving operational excellence and better customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer engagement roles *OR* relevant educational background.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • A technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS, with in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing.
  • Proven success in managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - experience with cutting-edge products/services is preferred.
  • Can listen to clients, identify needs, and ask clarifying/exploring questions.
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator via phone or chat.
