Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination in an over-the-road (OTR) capacity, transporting goods and materials across the country
• Work as part of a team with a designated driving partner to ensure efficient and safe transportation of cargo
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to maintain a safe driving record
• Keep accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 6+ months of CDL-A experience in an OTR capacity
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Excellent driving record, with a strong safety history
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with a large transportation company
• Familiarity with E-Logs and other transportation management systems
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices

• Earn 72 CPM or $200,000+/year as a team driver
• $0.02/mile monthly mileage bonus
