Job Overview: CDL Class A Driver

We're seeking experienced and motivated CDL Class A Drivers to play a critical role in our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system. As a CDL Class A Driver with Workwarp, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery, unloading, and merchandising of our products at customer account locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, Unload, and Merchandise Products: Ensure timely and accurate delivery, unloading, and merchandising of products at customer account locations, meeting CCCI and customer standards.
• Maintain a Safe and Organized Work Environment: Foster a safe working environment, maintain CCCI quality assurance standards, and ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with account personnel, provide superior customer service, and address any customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Operate Company Equipment: Safely operate company equipment, including trucks and lifts, and maintain a clean and organized appearance of all CCCI equipment and product.
• Perform Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers, and rotating products to ensure freshness and compliance with customer standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• CDL Class A Permit: Ability to obtain a CDL permit and pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. of product repetitively, work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment, and withstand exposure to various weather conditions.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with account personnel and provide superior service.
• Self-Motivation and Integrity: Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Current CDL Class A license.
