Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Retrieving and recording data from a large volume of documents (approximately 330), focusing on 12 specific attributes per document, such as contract type and effective date.
  • Accurately entering the collected data into a designated worksheet, ensuring high levels of data integrity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with the Legal team to address any questions or clarifications, providing timely and effective support to ensure project success.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting project deadlines, while adhering to blithequark's quality and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, with a strong ability to accurately and efficiently manage data.
  • Experience using a MacBook, with a good understanding of its operating system and software applications.
  • A strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in data management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and procedures, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
