As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work from home, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, and providing support and resolution to routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology
  • Offer additional products and services to customers
  • Provide expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing PC and Internet; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
