Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers through verbal and written communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Offer consultative customer service by understanding customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs, utilizing product and industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions and initiate orders crucial to lien management compliance.
  • Proactively manage the full life cycle of the order process, identifying cross-selling opportunities to promote additional offerings that meet customer needs.
  • Project manage, organize, and prioritize high volumes of requests utilizing Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers.
  • Manage your own customers and customer escalations, collaborating across Customer Service functions to complete or resolve customer requests efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements, to provide informed and effective solutions to customers.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service delivery and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B client service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Adobe software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience, ideally in a consultative role within the banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industry.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with lien management and compliance solutions, or a similar industry.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
