The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to our clients through live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll work closely with our global team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information on a range of topics, from product information to returns and reordering. Your primary focus will be on helping existing customers with after-sales service, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media, providing clear, concise, and empathetic support to enhance the customer experience

  • Quickly resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Collaborate with our global team to provide timely and accurate assistance to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
  • Available to work at least 5 hours per week
  • Location: This is a remote position open to individuals worldwide, with a preference for those in the United States
