About the Role: Senior Product Manager - Loyalty & Wallet

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to lead our Loyalty & Wallet product initiatives. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our loyalty and wallet products. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The position is remote-based, offering flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere in the United States, except Alaska, California, or Hawaii.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager - Loyalty & Wallet, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our loyalty and wallet products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our loyalty and wallet products, aligning with company objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Driving product execution through a proactive cross-functional approach, collaborating with relevant teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Building and managing product backlogs, prioritizing work, and making product-related decisions based on customer needs and stakeholder expectations
  • Identifying and managing projects with a high level of autonomy, partnering closely with business leaders to understand pain points and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Leading agile ceremonies, clarifying expectations, and enabling the scrum team to continually learn and improve
  • Establishing product advocacy and building influence amongst the product team, business partners, and directors
  • Defining customer/user experience, understanding competitive trends, and identifying opportunities to drive innovative customer experiences
  • Developing and executing product plans, leveraging data to drive alignment and inform product decisions
  • Defining key metrics, monitoring product health, and partnering with engineering to build tracking and monitoring capabilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
  • 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing
  • 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience in an agile software environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration or a similar advanced degree
  • CSPO Certification
  • Experience working on platforms and services
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
  • Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources

  • Strong product management skills, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, leading and participating in agile ceremonies
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions
  • Experience with product development processes, including design, engineering, and testing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $92,300.00 - $175,400.00 annually, depending on experience and location. Our benefits package includes:
