About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Specialist to support our clients in navigating complex organizational changes. As a key member of our Change Team, you'll help develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance, and drive business outcomes. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with time in our office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to facilitate needs assessments and develop tailored change management strategies
  • Draft and deliver communications to diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring effective messaging and engagement
  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments and measure effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver support and training materials to facilitate employee adoption and usage
  • Support resistance management strategies and collaborate with specialized groups to execute change initiatives
  • Track and execute change strategy and support material development activities within Azure DevOps
  • Participate in Program Increment Plannings, ensuring alignment of change plans with overall program goals
  • Coordinate and support workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Create and maintain reports on adoption metrics, training completion rates, and feedback trends

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
  • A fair understanding of the change management process and experience with change models (e.g., PROSCI ADKAR)
  • Basic knowledge of tools like stakeholder analysis frameworks and change readiness assessments
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content development tools like PowToon, Piktochart, or Articulate
  • Ability to learn data analysis practices and demonstrate basic data analysis proficiency
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work creatively in ambiguous situations
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, or standups
  • Exposure to digital transformation, ERP implementations, or cultural change initiatives
  • Certifications like PROSCI or CCMP
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps/Jira for tracking and project management
