Key Responsibilities

• Booking & Coordination: You'll assist clients in planning their perfect trip by booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities tailored to their needs. This will involve using travel booking platforms, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all arrangements are made to their satisfaction.
• Customer Service: You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every client feels valued and supported.
• Travel Advisory: You'll share your expertise by offering advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance, helping clients make informed decisions.
