Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Travel Coordinator, you'll be responsible for a range of exciting tasks that will challenge and reward you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry & Record Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our user-friendly CRM system. This will involve data entry, record-keeping, and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Schedule Appointments: You'll help our sales and service teams stay on track by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring clear communication of meeting details. This will involve coordinating with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all appointments are scheduled efficiently.
  • Booking & Coordination: You'll assist clients in planning their perfect trip by booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities tailored to their needs. This will involve using travel booking platforms, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all arrangements are made to their satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every client feels valued and supported.
  • Travel Advisory: You'll share your expertise by offering advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance, helping clients make informed decisions. This will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends, recommending destinations and activities, and providing personalized advice to clients.
  • Problem Solving: You'll handle any bumps in the road with grace, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions to keep clients' travels on track. This will involve thinking on your feet, communicating effectively with clients, and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
