Position Details

Contract Length:

Flexible, with no fixed term, allowing you to work on your own schedule and balance your work and personal life.

Rate:

$35 per hour, providing a competitive income for your skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Log into the blithequark chat system at the start of your scheduled shift and respond promptly to customer queries regarding shipping, product availability, and other related topics. + Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions, providing a positive experience for our customers. + Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily compensation based on the hours worked.

Requirements:

+ Access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet capability to handle social media and website chat functions. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues. + Strong adherence to detailed instructions and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. + Commit to at least 5 hours per week of work, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. + Reliable internet connection to ensure consistent availability and performance.
