Key Responsibilities

  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience (a minimum of 1-2 years)
  • Strong geographical knowledge and ability to navigate complex travel arrangements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized support
