Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to customers and ask pertinent questions to identify their needs and preferences.

Essential Qualifications

• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
• Hold an active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exhibit patience and empathy in customer interactions.
• Be fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
