Starting Pay Rate: $16.50 an Hour

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least one year of experience with technical problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm
  • Keyboarding and software proficiency
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Flexible schedule availability, as schedules may differ in peak and non-peak periods of the year

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with software and technical systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will need to have:

  • High-speed internet connection
  • Ability to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet
  • Quiet workspace
