Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge – American Express Remote Jobs Chat Professional, you will be the face of blithequark to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our American Express Card Members. You will be a subject matter expert, using your knowledge and skills to tailor our products and services to meet the unique needs of our clients and extend their relationship with blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and serve American Express Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport.

• Provide exceptional customer service, taking ownership of the client's experience from start to finish.
• Develop innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and creating lifelong advocates.
• Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations.
• Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, including travel advice and reservation assistance.
• Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members.

Capabilities

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully, resulting in high client satisfaction.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and ability to adapt to new technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks.
