About the Role: Customer Resolution Representative

blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Resolution Representative to manage complex and sensitive customer issues, including estate care resolution, remediations, and settlements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
  • Conduct investigative steps to identify issues, process complex transactions online, and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Perform complex initiatives to resolve client issues, review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in our case management system.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to respond to raised concerns, determine the appropriate course of action, and serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters.
  • Negotiate and enact settlements accordingly, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
  • Receive direction from supervisors and escalate concerns/questions for direction as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2 years of experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • A strong understanding of financial services industry, including compliance, regulatory, or legal operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

To stand out as a candidate, you should have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer products, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers.
  • Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English.
  • Knowledge of MSP, HOGAN, UW, and ECMP software platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
