About the Role: Program Manager Remote

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Providence Strategic and Management Services. As a Program Manager Remote, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and seamless connectivity in the development of our next evolution of care delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Design and execute program management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to support project delivery and portfolio management
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement, encouraging experimentation, calculated risk-taking, and knowledge sharing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, caregivers, and community partners

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 5 years of Healthcare and/or business experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experiences with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, business planning, and/or analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • A Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • PMI Certification
  • Coursework/Training in facilitation of diverse groups
  • Lean/Six Sigma training
  • Within 1 year of hire, Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
  • 3 years of experience operating as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization
  • 3 years of change management, facilitation, and project management experience with complex multi-regional initiatives involving a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests
