Pinterest Marketing Expert for Etsy Art Gallery

We are seeking a Pinterest Expert with a proven track record of driving organic growth and increasing visibility for creative brands. Our business is an Etsy Art Gallery store, and we’re looking for someone who understands how to leverage Pinterest as a discovery platform to attract new buyers, build brand awareness, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes Pinterest strategy, understands its algorithm and creative best practices, and knows how to create visually compelling content that converts.

Responsibilities

• * Account Management: Oversee and grow our Pinterest account with a focus on driving traffic and conversions to our Etsy store.
• * Content Creation: Develop fresh, brand-aligned content weekly across formats (static pins, carousels, idea pins, and video pins). Repurpose existing assets where possible to scale content while keeping it inspiring and relevant.
• * Storytelling Strategy: Show our products in realistic, engaging settings—not abstract or generic stock. Use different storytelling formats to keep audiences engaged.
• * Keyword & SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and ensure every Pin, caption, and board is optimized for search. Fill in all Pin fields (titles, descriptions, tags, and topics) to maximize discoverability.
• * Trend Integration: Regularly monitor Pinterest Trends, annual reports, and audience insights to align content with growing topics and seasonal shifts.
• * Marketing Moments: Align Pins to big planning and shopping moments throughout the year (holidays, seasonal events, gifting occasions) to capture higher visibility.
• * Posting Schedule: Maintain a consistent content calendar that aligns with audience behavior and seasonal opportunities.
• * Performance Tracking: Provide weekly or monthly reports with analytics on impressions, saves, clicks, and conversions, plus actionable insights for improvement.
• * Community Engagement: Encourage saves and interaction with clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost organic reach.

Requirements

• * Proven experience managing Pinterest accounts with measurable organic growth results (please provide portfolio, case studies, or testimonials).
• * Deep understanding of Pinterest’s creative best practices: fresh content, realistic product usage, multiple formats, keyword-rich descriptions, and optimized boards.
• * Skilled in creating visually compelling Pins using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• * Strong background in Pinterest SEO, keyword optimization, and trend analysis.
• * Familiarity with Pinterest Analytics, Tailwind, and other scheduling tools.
• * Understanding of e-commerce, Etsy, or digital product marketing is highly preferred.
• * Ability to create reports and provide strategic recommendations based on performance.
• * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while providing regular updates.

• * Regular performance reports showing progress, insights, and opportunities for continued growth.
