Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
