Service Representative

Role Description

The Service Representative - Surgical Equipment Repair ensures operational delivery of Surgical Equipment Repair offerings to a set account base. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Onsite instruments
• Rigid endoscope
• Flexible endoscope
• Power, video and ancillary surgical device repairs

They are also responsible for maintaining customer service.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Manage key accounts and grow the Surgical Equipment Repair business
• Establish and maintain appropriate levels of service delivery
• Maintain relationships within facilities to ensure clear communications and cooperation
• Create opportunities and identify weaknesses to decrease expenditures
• Navigation of equipment throughout the hospital
• Ensure complete paperwork submission
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• An associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience desired
• Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Operating Room (OR) and/or related sales experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• The ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Willingness to travel to support business needs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365, Word and Excel
• The ability to sit, stand and bend often
• The ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
