Key Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of subjects and grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced educational setting

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
• A CO Substitute Teacher Authorization (or be in the process of obtaining one)
• A background check (we will cover the cost of the check)
