Full job description
Castleton Coffee offer a friendly social customer experience which is inspired by the Peak District. Castleton Coffee Co. is an ethical coffee brand and micro shop providing barista coffee, locally roasted coffee beans and freshly prepared food.
As a Shop Assistant/ Barista you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean and orderly service environment
- Serving amazing barista coffee made from locally roasted coffee beans
- Adhere strictly to health & safety and food hygiene procedures
- Upholding and promoting our brand values
- Serving customers and operating a till
- Assistant the bakery side of the shop
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Have worked in a sandwich shop, cafe or restaurant
- Be able to work with little supervision
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Must consider transport in and out of Castleton
- Be eager and want to take a step forward with their career
