Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with employees within blithequark and customers to collect information and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Capture data into relevant databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data management policies.
  • Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
  • Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scan through information to identify pertinent information and organize it in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Create accurate spreadsheets and enter/update information into relevant databases.
  • Ensure data is backed up and stored securely, in accordance with blithequark's data management policies.
  • Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered and provide solutions or recommendations.
  • Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Handle additional duties from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with ability to learn new software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with employees and customers.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch typing skills, with high accuracy and speed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment or with a similar company.
