Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and capture data from various sources, including employees and customers, and enter it into our databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve any data-related issues
  • Perform data entry in EMR and other relevant systems
  • Prepare information for data entry, and perform entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Perform high volume data entry work, and maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, and complete clerical functions or data entry tasks as required
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching, data entry, and verification duties
  • Review and verify data prior to entry, and perform daily audits and data entry corrections
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems, and establish data entry requirements for each client

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers. You will also need to be highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using computers and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in data entry or a related field is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer candidates who have previous experience in data entry or a related field. You will also need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
