Key Responsibilities

  • Taking incoming phone calls from customers and addressing account-related questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educating customers on finance charges, late fees, payment options, and account management to ensure they have a clear understanding of their accounts
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues within company policies and applicable laws, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or 6 months of related experience/training in customer service or a related field
  • Basic to moderate computer knowledge and keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to handle stressful customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
