Responsibilities: Driving Success in a Fast-Paced Environment

As a Fully Remote Healthcare Call Center and Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to existing managed care members in California, supporting the Care Management Team.
  • Engaging with members to discuss their care and medical needs, and encouraging them to sign up for our care management programs.
  • Enrolling members into care management programs, with a focus on meeting production and sales targets.
  • Making a minimum of 60 calls per day in a fast-paced environment, with data entry into our True Care EMR system.
  • Utilizing your sales skills to drive program enrollment and meet performance goals.

Requirements: The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Location: Reside in the PST or MST time zones.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment within the healthcare field.
  • Healthcare Background: At least 2 years of previous healthcare experience.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical/computer proficiency with aptitude to troubleshoot computer issues, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
