- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance, including some light repair, working in common areas (pools, common areas) helping with apartment cleanings, and other general upkeep.
- Prepare and organizes materials and equipment as needed.
- Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
- Able to work a few on-call hours as needed (incentive pay for on-call).
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English
- Some training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program
- A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience.
- Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
- Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building
- Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment
- May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
