Responsibilities

  • Passion for pets and understanding of pet products is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
