Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, updating client and company information, and ensuring the integrity of client taxes. This is a 3-4 month contract position with opportunities for growth and development, and may lead to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client and company information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Ensure the integrity of client taxes by accurately entering payroll information and personal employee data
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure data consistency across systems
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless data entry processes
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
