Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Search Consultant Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives by connecting them with their ideal positions, while transforming your own. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partnering with clients to fill urgent job openings with qualified candidates
• Leveraging recruiting tools and materials to source talent
• Conducting initial outreach, screening candidates, and preparing them and clients for interviews
• Negotiating job offers and completing reference checks on candidates

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. While prior recruiting experience is not required, you'll need to possess:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivation to make high outbound calls to source clients and candidates
• Comfort establishing professional relationships over the phone
• High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
