Job Summary

As a Data Analyst - DTSM, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns. You will work closely with the Digital Technology team to design and develop data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on translating data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track business performance
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Work with the Digital Technology team to design and develop data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with databases, data systems, and data analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, or R
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics
• Certification in data analytics, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
