WHO WE NEED:

Arootah is searching for an experienced Office Manager to consult with our highly prestigious client base. As a consultant, you will work with our Hedge Fund and Family Office clients to provide expert advice and support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CONSULTANT:

  • Provide advice and guidance to Arootah clients who seek help with their Office Management needs. This will involve consulting some of the leading Hedge Funds and Family Offices in the world and sharing your experience as an expert in office management to help clients:
  • Improve processes for optimal flow
  • Support the execution of of effective action plans
  • Identify internal and contextual roadblocks
  • Break apart goals into actionable steps
  • Provide client with resources associated with associated with implementing a thorough action plan
  • Implement policies, procedures, and control measures

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a Hedge Fund, Alternative Investment Firm or Family Office
  • Experience working with sophisticated institutional clients
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm
  • Self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Enjoys organizing and is extremely detail oriented
  • Education and work experiences that demonstrate proficiency to perform the variety of responsibilities described

Job Status

  • Contractor
  • Hours are based on the needs of the assigned client (0-40 hours per week).
