SAP Ariba Specialist

What you will be doing:- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Ariba solutions (Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Manage integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
- Support and troubleshoot issues within Ariba applications and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure best practices for procurement processes within the SAP Ariba platform.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.
- Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain system performance and enhancements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and compliance.
- Stay updated with new SAP Ariba features, patches, and releases.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
- SAP Ariba certification is an advantage.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
