AI Applications Solution Engineer
Microsoft is seeking an AI Applications Solution Engineer to help customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s AI-powered stack across the development lifecycle. You’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects, collaborating with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate AI Foundry, Azure AI, and Responsible AI through hands-on engagements. This role involves guiding customers through secure, scalable solution design, influencing technical decisions, and accelerating AI applications development.
Requirements
- 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- Expert on full stack App architecture design / modernization and cloud native dev (e.g., APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven, Python, Java, .NET)
- Expert for AI & ML models (e.g., Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, Responsible AI, fine-tuning/inferencing, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements (e.g., hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that drive production-scale outcomes.
