Aerofoils GmbH, a spin-off of AUDI AG, is seeking a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to shape the company’s “market entry strategy” and implement it. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, acquiring new partners, supporting dealers, managing accounts, and collaborating with the developer and marketing teams. The company develops high-tech, electrically flying surfboards called e-foils and offers a unique opportunity to be a pioneer in a new sport.
Requirements
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Identification / acquisition of new partners
- Direct and operational support of defined dealers, customers, and schools
- Account / sales responsibility for the responsible region or area
- Planning and control of the sales and marketing budget
- Product consulting for the “Audi e-tron foil”
- Building and coordination of the dealer team
- Regular dealer meetings
- Negotiation, conclusion, and extension of partner contracts
- Introduction of new products
- Close collaboration with the developer team and marketing
- Reporting to the management team
