- Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to ensure seamless communication and data processing.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the ability to type 25 wpm.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the tax, healthcare, or automotive industries.
- Experience working in a virtual team environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
