Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (Senior/Mid Level)
You will be part of the team that will develop the automation of system and integration tests for the OpenHarmony operating system on mobile phones. You will lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks with TypeScript or Python, mentor junior team members, and ensure our products meet the highest standards before release. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our QA processes and driving efficiency across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer & Software Science, Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, test automation or testing
Experience developing test automation using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java or similar OOP languages
Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber BDD, Robot, Rest Assured, Postman or similar)
Minimum B1-B2 or intermediate English level
Experience with test strategies, test plans, test cases development and test reporting (STLC)
A fast learner with good problem solving and analytical skills
Nice to have
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices
Familiarity with NFR Testing (Performance, Load, Stress etc.) experience
