Position Details

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Fully Remote in Michigan
  • Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks)
  • Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) with varying shifts; must have open availability
  • Wage: $14.00 per hour with attendance bonuses
  • Job Level: Entry-Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from REALTORS, technicians, and homeowners
  • Making determinations on appliances and filing claims within our terms and conditions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

You'll be working in a dynamic environment with a live trainer and small class sizes, ensuring you receive the support and guidance needed to succeed.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong telephone skills and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A background and drug screen (required)

While not mandatory, having 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience is preferred. We're committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.
