For one of our clients, we are looking for a Music Evaluator Territory Lead, remotely from India, Singapore, South Africa.

As a Music Evaluator Territory Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated music selections in your specific geographic region. This involves evaluating music recommendations, providing feedback, conducting thorough research, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met. You will play a vital role in enhancing music discovery by assessing the cultural sensitivity and relevance of the content provided to listeners across various regions. This position requires a keen understanding of popular music trends, strong research abilities, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with remote teams.

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate and assess AI-generated music selections for cultural accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Provide qualitative feedback on AI recommendations to improve music selection algorithms.
• Rank editorial results based on specific guidelines and client criteria.
• Conduct in-depth research to verify the accuracy of music-related data.
• Ensure consistency and high editorial standards through quality assurance processes.
• Act as a liaison between regional project managers and evaluation teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in music research, editorial work, or data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of music history and popular music genres, particularly within the assigned region.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent research, fact-checking, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing QA guidelines or training materials.
• Proficiency in English is required.
