We’re looking for an experienced RCM Consultant to lead revenue optimization for our provider clients. This is not a billing job—it’s a strategic, analytical, and client-facing role. You’ll uncover root causes, create strategic remediations, and work with our product and AI teams to deliver long-term automation.Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted advisor for clients on all RCM-related matters.Lead audits and diagnose billing inefficiencies, payment delays, and denial issues.Use data tools and client insights to deliver operational improvements.Communicate clearly and credibly with clients, executives, and technical teams.Qualifications
2+ years in RCM consulting or advanced revenue cycle operations.Proficient in payer rules, denial workflows, and healthcare data analysis.Clear communicator with excellent client relationship skills.Strong analytical toolset (Excel, SQL, dashboards).Compensation: $80k–$100k base + bonus + equity.Originally posted on Himalayas
