We are seeking to hire an Oracle Cloud HCM Reports Lead Developer to join our team working on a multi-year award we have within a Federal Gov t Agency, located in Washington, DC. This role is 100% remote.

Per our contract with the Federal Government, being a US Cit is required for working on this project and potentially passing a Security Clearance.

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Oracle HCM Cloud Reports Lead Developer

Technical Skills

Role Description

The Oracle HCM Cloud Reports Lead will be responsible leading of reporting capabilities using BI Publisher, OBTBI and HCM Extracts. Working with project team functionals, developers and client stakeholders on developing requirements for reports. Assisting with input and development of design materials. Demoing reports to client stakeholders.

Experience with

  • BI Publisher, HCM Extracts HDLs and Spreadsheet loaders
  • Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Excel Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Oracle HCM Cloud modules - HR and Benefits
