Location: Remote – Virginia Licensed Only
Compensation: $50–$65 per billable hour (based on license & experience)
⏰ Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Preferred hours: 3 PM–9 PM + 1 weekend day

We're looking for passionate, fully licensed therapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) to join our remote care team and make a real impact across Virginia.

- Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
- Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
- Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
- Target ~26 sessions per week
- $50–$65 per billable hour, depending on license, session type, and experience

Backpack is home to a growing Residency and Fellowship Program for new clinicians. As part of our team, you can choose to mentor early-career providers, contribute to program development, and help shape the future of behavioral healthcare.
✅ Qualifications:- Must hold one of the following Vriginia licenses: LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
