PubMatic is looking for a Associate Director with both firepower and finesse. This is more than a sales role. It’s an opportunity to step into a visible, influential position in one of the most dynamic and strategic digital advertising regions: Benelux.

Based in Amsterdam, you’ll be the bridge between PubMatic and some of the most recognisable advertisers in the market. And it’s your job to help them unlock what’s not just possible - but what’s next.

You understand why real-time bidding matters. You see the full supply chain like a chessboard: the players, the plays, and the outcomes. You know how to move the right pieces - not just for your own success, but to deliver measurable value for brands and agencies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading strategic conversations with major brands and advertisers across the Netherlands and Benelux markets.
  • Crafting bespoke solutions that deliver real value—based on insight, not templates.
  • Influencing C-level decision-makers and aligning their business needs with our platform capabilities.
  • Working closely with global Product and Leadership teams to develop innovative ad solutions driven by local market demand.
  • Educating and inspiring clients on the opportunities they’re missing in a programmatic-first approach.
  • Travelling across the Benelux region as needed to build and deepen advertiser relationships.
  • Representing PubMatic at market-leading industry events and forums.
  • Partnering with our technical, operations, and client success teams to ensure seamless activation and result.

Who You Are

  • You’ve built your career in media, ad tech, programmatic, or a related role - at an agency, DSP, advertiser, or tech platform.
  • You’ve got established relationships across the Benelux advertising ecosystem.
  • You understand the intricacies of the sell-side, including SSPs and ad serving tech.
  • You’re confident, persuasive, and can hold your own in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • You’re entrepreneurial, proactive, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • You constantly learn, adapt, explore, and refine your approach.
  • You operate well independently and thrive in a high-trust environment.
