Position: Senior Cutover Lead (ERP Implementations)

Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Must Have:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cutover Lead to manage the cutover activities, planning and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation and end-to-end business transformation program.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in cutover, release or deployment leadership for enterprise-scale programs.

Overview:

• Define and maintain the master cutover schedule for multi-workstream transformation.
• Lead cutover planning sessions with technology, data and business teams to confirm scope, dependencies and timelines.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive cutover runbook, including data migration, environment preparation, operational readiness, and rollback plans.
• Integrate cutover activities into the overall program delivery roadmap.
• Coordinate and oversee rehearsals/mock cutovers to validate timings, dependencies and contingency procedures.
• Facilitate readiness checkpoints.
• Proven success managing cutover activities for ERP, CRM, or other large transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong knowledge of program lifecycles, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Excellent facilitation, planning, and risk management skills; able to influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and guiding decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while balancing detail and big-picture execution.
• Familiarity with planning and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
